Unity display resolution dialog enabled!

After watching a few streamers play, we noticed that our display resolution dialog was disabled for the desktop builds. We've enabled this feature to allow several choices of 16:9 resolutions. One streamer also mention he liked being able to go fullscreen for WebGL games. We've enabled this option for the WebGL version.
